Job summary

Accenture in the United States seeks an Associate Director, Software Sales to own end-to-end revenue accountability for an assigned product cluster and geography. You will lead complex enterprise sales cycles from origination through close, coordinating with client teams and partners to position and sell our proprietary software portfolio.

You will manage a small team, build a strong pipeline, negotiate terms, and coordinate with legal and deal desk.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of enterprise software sales experience.
• Experience selling to C-suite and senior executives.
• Ability to manage multi-stakeholder deals.
• Proven track record closing multi-year, multi-million dollar deals.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive annual software sales targets (TCV) for assigned clusters.
• Build and manage a robust sales pipeline and forecast.
• Lead complex multi-stakeholder sales cycles through close.
• Coordinate pre-sales resources and partner teams.
• Develop go-to-market strategies and pricing exercises.
• Attend industry events and follow up within five business days.
