Job summary

RevStar is seeking a senior Software Development Lead for a remote-first role. You will act as a player-coach, raising the bar on code quality, architecture, and engineering standards across client engagements and internal initiatives.

You will drive ReactJS/NodeJS/AWS patterns, support AI adoption, and collaborate with product, DevOps, and QA teams to deliver cloud-native solutions and high-impact outcomes.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of hands-on software engineering experience.
• Experience establishing and enforcing modern engineering standards.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in CS/Engineering; AWS certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example with high-quality production code and code reviews.
• Define CI/CD, testing, security, and observability best practices.
• Drive AI adoption and create reusable technical accelerators.
• Partner with PMs, DevOps, and QA to align solutions with product goals.
