RevStar is seeking a Senior Software Development Lead to act as a player-coach across our cloud-native delivery teams. The role emphasizes architectural governance, hands-on coding, and setting engineering standards for ReactJS, NodeJS, and AWS.

You will mentor engineers, drive AI adoption, and build reusable accelerators while collaborating with Product, DevOps, and QA to align technical solutions with business outcomes.

Formación

• 7+ years of hands-on software engineering experience with leadership across multiple delivery teams.
• Master-level expertise in ReactJS, NodeJS, and AWS architectures.
• Bachelor's or Master's in CS/Engineering; AWS Certifications preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead by example with high-quality production code and code reviews.
• Establish and enforce modern engineering standards (CI/CD, testing, security, observability).
• Drive AI adoption across delivery teams and build reusable accelerators.
• Partner with Product, DevOps, and QA to ensure technical solutions meet business goals.
