Job summary

RevStar is a remote-first AI-driven shop seeking a Software Development Lead to act as player-coach and standards bearer. You will raise the quality bar through hands-on coding, architectural governance, and reusable accelerators, spanning ReactJS, NodeJS, and AWS cloud-native systems.

You will mentor engineers, set CI/CD and testing practices, and collaborate with PMs, DevOps, and QA to align technical work with client goals.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of hands-on software engineering experience across multiple delivery teams.
• Strong ReactJS and NodeJS expertise with cloud-native AWS architectures.
• Experience writing production-grade code and mentoring engineers.
• Active AWS Certifications preferred (Solutions Architect or Developer).

Responsibilities

• Lead by writing high-quality production code and conducting reviews.
• Establish and enforce modern engineering standards for ReactJS, NodeJS, and AWS.
• Drive AI adoption and create reusable technical accelerators across delivery teams.
• Partner with Product Managers, DevOps, and QA to ensure solutions align with business goals.
