Job summary

RevStar, a remote-first AI-enabled cloud-native software shop, seeks a Software Development Lead to set technical standards across delivery teams. You will contribute production-grade code, govern architectures, and build reusable accelerators while mentoring engineers and driving AI adoption.

You will partner with product managers, DevOps, and QA to ensure solutions meet business goals and leverage AWS cloud-native patterns. 7+ years of experience required.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of hands-on software engineering experience.
• Master-level expertise in ReactJS, NodeJS, and AWS architectures.
• AWS Certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead architectural governance and hands-on engineering across client engagements.
• Drive AI adoption and develop internal accelerators and reusable components.
• Enable developers through training and cross-functional collaboration with PMs, DevOps and QA.
