Job summary

RevStar is seeking a seasoned Software Development Lead to act as a player-coach, setting technical standards and raising quality across delivery teams. You will contribute code, govern architecture, and create reusable accelerators for cloud-native products.

You will lead efforts in ReactJS, NodeJS, and AWS adoption, while mentoring engineers and aligning solutions with product intent and business outcomes. Remote-first with W2 full-time employment."

Qualifications

• 7+ years of hands-on software engineering experience with a track record of driving technical standards across multiple delivery teams.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in CS/Engineering; AWS certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example with high-quality production code, code reviews, and solving complex architectural challenges.
• Define and enforce modern engineering standards for ReactJS, NodeJS, and AWS cloud-native systems.
• Drive AI adoption across delivery teams using approved tool registries and reusable components.
