Job summary

RevStar is seeking a senior Software Development Lead to act as player-coach and technical standard bearer across our practice. You will write production-grade code, mentor engineers, enforce modern engineering standards for ReactJS, NodeJS, and AWS, and drive architectural governance across client engagements.

This remote, W2 full-time role offers exposure to AI adoption, internal accelerators, and collaboration with Product, DevOps, and QA teams to align technical outcomes with business goals.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of hands-on software engineering experience with a track record of driving technical standards across multiple delivery teams.
• Master-level expertise in ReactJS, NodeJS, and cloud-native AWS architectures.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in CS/Engineering; AWS Certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example by writing high-quality production code, conducting code reviews, and solving complex architectural challenges across client engagements.
• Establish, document, and enforce modern engineering standards for ReactJS, NodeJS, and AWS cloud-native systems.
• Participate in the Product Development Standards Committee to define CI/CD, testing, security, and observability best practices while conducting periodic project audits to maintain compliance.
