Job summary

RevStar is seeking a senior Software Development Lead who will act as a player-coach across delivery teams, writing production-grade code and setting technical standards. You will govern architecture, enable developers, and drive reusable accelerators in an AI-first, cloud-native environment.

You will mentor engineers, participate in governance through CI/CD, testing, security, and observability, and collaborate with product managers and DevOps to align technical solutions with business goals.

Qualifications

• Experience: 7+ years of hands-on software engineering with strong standards.
• Master-level expertise in ReactJS, NodeJS, and cloud-native AWS architectures.
• Leadership: ability to mentor engineers and influence without authority.
• Background: CS or Engineering degree; AWS Solutions Architect/Developer certs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Write high-quality production code and conduct code reviews across engagements.
• Define, document, and enforce modern engineering standards for ReactJS/NodeJS/AWS.
• Mentor senior engineers and collaborate with product, DevOps, and QA leads.
