RevStar is seeking a Software Development Lead to serve as player-coach, setting technical standards and raising delivery quality across engagements.

You will drive architectural governance for ReactJS, NodeJS, and AWS cloud-native systems while contributing code and mentoring teams. This remote-first role emphasizes AI adoption, reusable accelerators, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver client impact.

Formación

• 7+ years of hands-on software engineering experience.
• Track record of driving technical standards across multiple delivery teams.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in CS/Engineering (or equivalent experience).
• Active AWS Certifications (Solutions Architect or Developer) preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Write high-quality production code, conduct reviews, and enforce engineering standards.
• Define CI/CD, testing, security, and observability practices and audit projects.
• Build internal assets and accelerate AI adoption with reusable components.
• Lead developer training on ReactJS/NodeJS patterns and AWS best practices.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, DevOps, and QA to align solutions with product goals.
