RevStar is seeking a senior Software Development Lead to act as a player-coach and technical standard bearer for multiple delivery teams. You will contribute to production-grade code, drive architectural governance, and enable developers with accelerators and best practices.

The role emphasizes AI adoption, modern ReactJS/NodeJS patterns, and collaboration with product, DevOps, and QA to ensure alignment with business outcomes and cloud-native technologies.

Formación

• 7+ years of hands-on software engineering experience with a track record of driving technical standards across multiple delivery teams.
• Master-level expertise in ReactJS, NodeJS APIs, and cloud-native AWS architectures.
• Active AWS Certifications (Solutions Architect or Developer) are strongly preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead by example with high-quality production code, code reviews, and architectural governance across client engagements.
• Define and enforce modern engineering standards for ReactJS, NodeJS, and AWS cloud-native systems.
