Job summary

Slalom is seeking a Snowflake Partner Solution Lead to own the Snowflake partnership strategy and delivery across west regions. You will guide senior client engagements, shape reference architectures, and enable scalable Snowflake programs in collaboration with sales and delivery teams.

You have 10+ years in data platforms with deep Snowflake expertise, and proven success in partner-facing roles, pre-sales, and executive communication across global teams.

Qualifications

• 10+ years designing and delivering modern data platforms.
• Hands-on Snowflake expertise and certifications preferred.
• Experience in partner-facing, consulting, or product-aligned roles.
• Strong ability to translate platform capabilities into business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic Snowflake partnerships and global data strategy.
• Support complex Snowflake client engagements and pre-sales.
• Translate objectives into scalable Snowflake architectures and roadmaps.
• Create repeatable Snowflake delivery patterns and GTM assets.
• Collaborate with sales, delivery, and product teams across regions.
