Job summary

Slalom, a Snowflake Elite Services partner and multiple Snowflake Partner of the Year, seeks a Snowflake Partner Solution Lead for the Central Region. You will guide Snowflake data, analytics, and AI strategy and act as a trusted advisor to Snowflake, Slalom leadership, and clients to translate platform capabilities into business outcomes.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience designing and delivering modern data platforms with Snowflake.
• Proven partner-facing, consulting, or product-aligned experience supporting complex sales cycles.
• Strong understanding of cloud data architecture patterns (data mesh, lakehouse, semantic layers).
• Ability to connect Snowflake platform capabilities to real business outcomes across analytics, AI/ML, and operational use cases.
• Demonstrated success collaborating across global and local teams; strong executive communication.

Responsibilities

• Act as senior technical and strategic leader for Slalom’s Snowflake partnership.
• Support complex Snowflake client engagements and deliver scalable Snowflake-centric architectures.
• Lead or support Snowflake-focused pre-sales activities including solution shaping, RFI/RFP responses, and executive presentations.
• Develop repeatable approaches for how we sell and deliver Snowflake engagements at scale.
