Slalom is seeking a Snowflake Partner Solution Lead – West Region to drive our Snowflake alliance strategy and delivery excellence. You’ll partner with Snowflake, Slalom leadership, and clients to translate platform capabilities into business outcomes and scale engagements globally.

Experts with 10+ years in data platforms and Snowflake, who can lead complex pursuits, shape reference architectures, and enable repeatable, scalable solutions across regions will thrive in this role.

Qualifications

• 10+ years designing and delivering modern data platforms with hands-on Snowflake expertise.
• Experience in partner-facing, consulting, or product-aligned roles.
• Strong knowledge of data architecture patterns such as data mesh, lakehouse, semantic layers.

Responsibilities

• Lead Snowflake partnership strategy and thought leadership globally.
• Support complex Snowflake client engagements with delivery leadership.
• Translate objectives into scalable Snowflake architectures and roadmaps.
• Lead pre-sales activities including RFI/RFP responses and executive briefings.
• Develop repeatable offerings and scalable growth via Snowflake engagements.
• Create Snowflake GTM collateral and enablement materials.
