Slalom is seeking a Snowflake Partner Solution Lead for the West Region to drive our Snowflake alliance, shaping data, analytics, and AI strategy across global and local teams. You will translate platform capabilities into compelling business outcomes and guide complex, high-impact engagements.

Ideal candidates bring 10+ years in data platforms with Snowflake expertise, strong partner-facing experience, and a track record of scalable offerings and GTM execution.

Qualifications

• 10+ years designing modern data platforms with hands-on Snowflake experience.
• Experience in partner-facing, consulting, or product-aligned roles handling complex sales.
• Strong ability to translate platform capabilities into business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead Snowflake partnership strategy and global data/AI roadmap.
• Support complex Snowflake client engagements with senior advisory input.
• Develop repeatable offerings and GTM assets for Snowflake workloads.
• Lead pre-sales activities including RFI/RFP responses and executive briefings.
• Collaborate with global and local teams to scale Snowflake engagements.
