Job summary

Slalom is seeking a Snowflake Partner Solution Lead to drive strategic partnership and solution leadership in the Central Region. You will shape Snowflake data, analytics, and AI strategy, and represent Slalom in joint Snowflake initiatives and executive briefings.

You will advise on complex Snowflake engagements, translate objectives into scalable architectures, and guide delivery maturity while enabling repeatable, high-impact outcomes with sales and delivery teams around Snowflake programs.

Qualifications

• 10+ years designing and delivering modern data platforms with deep Snowflake expertise
• Experience in a partner-facing, consulting, or product-aligned role
• Strong understanding of modern data architecture patterns (cloud data platforms, data products, data mesh, Lakehouse)
• Ability to connect Snowflake capabilities to business outcomes across analytics, AI/ML, and operations
• Demonstrated success collaborating across global and local teams
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management with senior client/partner executives
• Experience developing repeatable offerings, accelerators, or methodologies for scalable growth
• Snowflake certifications (e.g. SnowPro Advanced Architect or higher) are strongly preferred

Responsibilities

• Serve as a senior technical and strategic leader for Slalom’s Snowflake partnership.
• Translate Snowflake platform capabilities into business outcomes and define transformation roadmaps.
• Provide technical oversight on solution design, delivery quality, and risk across Snowflake-led programs.
• Lead pre-sales activities including solution shaping, RFI/RFP responses, and executive presentations.
• Develop compelling proposals and statements of work with clear business value and ROI.
• Create repeatable approaches for selling and delivering Snowflake engagements at scale.
