Job summary

Slalom is seeking a Snowflake Partner Solution Lead for the Central Region to drive our Snowflake alliance strategy and delivery maturity. You will translate Snowflake capabilities into business value, guide large-scale engagements, and shape joint go-to-market initiatives with Snowflake and Slalom teams.

You'll partner with sales, delivery, and product teams to enable repeatable solutions, lead pre-sales efforts, and raise our delivery maturity across regions.

Qualifications

• 10+ years designing and delivering modern data platforms with deep Snowflake expertise.
• Experience in partner-facing, consulting, or product-aligned roles supporting complex sales.
• Strong understanding of cloud data architecture patterns and data products.
• Ability to translate Snowflake capabilities into business outcomes across analytics/AI.
• Proven collaboration across global and local teams and executive stakeholders.
• Excellent communication skills with clients and partners; Snowflake certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead senior-level Snowflake partnership strategy and global data roadmap.
• Support complex Snowflake client engagements and architectural guidance.
• Translate objectives into scalable Snowflake architectures and roadmaps.
• Oversee solution design, delivery quality, and risk across programs.
• Enable handoffs to local delivery teams with clear scope and success metrics.
• Partner with sales, account, and industry teams to pursue strategic Snowflake opportunities.
• Lead or support Snowflake pre-sales activities including RFI/RFP responses and executive briefings.
• Develop repeatable offerings and GTM assets for Snowflake engagements.
