Job summary

Slalom seeks a Snowflake Partner Solution Lead – Central Region to drive one of Slalom’s key alliances, acting as a senior technical and commercial authority at the intersection of partner strategy, solution leadership, and global go-to-market execution.

You will advise Snowflake, Slalom leadership, and clients, translating Snowflake’s capabilities into business outcomes, enabling repeatability, and supporting complex pursuits.

Qualifications

• 10+ years designing and delivering modern data platforms.
• Hands-on Snowflake expertise and platform experience.
• Experience in partner-facing, consulting, or product-aligned roles.
• Strong understanding of cloud data architecture patterns (data lakehouse, data products).
• Experience enabling large enterprise programs and complex sales cycles.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead Snowflake partner strategy and thought leadership.
• Support complex Snowflake client engagements as a senior solution advisor.
• Translate objectives into scalable Snowflake architectures and roadmaps.
• Provide technical oversight on design, delivery quality, and risk across programs.
• Handoff to local delivery teams with clear scope, intent, and success measures.
• Collaborate with Slalom sales, account, and industry teams on Snowflake pursuits.
• Lead or support Snowflake pre-sales activities including RFI/RFP responses and executive briefings.
• Develop proposals and statements of work that articulate business value and ROI.
• Create repeatable approaches to sell and deliver Snowflake engagements at scale.
• Contribute to Snowflake GTM collateral, accelerators, and demos.
• Deliver enablement for leaders on selling and delivering large Snowflake programs.
• Maintain relationships with Snowflake product and services teams and align roadmaps.
