Job summary

Slalom is seeking a Snowflake Partner Solution Lead for the West Region to drive senior-level technical and commercial leadership across Snowflake partnerships. You will shape global strategy, translate platform capabilities into business value, and lead complex engagements with delivery teams and sales partners.

You will guide solution architecture, enable scalable GTM programs, and contribute to repeatable offerings.

Qualifications

10+ years designing and delivering modern data platforms with deep Snowflake expertise.
Proven partner-facing, consulting, or product-aligned experience supporting complex sales and enterprise programs.
Strong understanding of modern data architecture patterns and how Snowflake enables analytics, AI/ML, and operations.

Responsibilities

Lead Snowflake partnership strategy, shaping global data and AI roadmaps.
Translate business objectives into scalable Snowflake architectures and transformation roadmaps.
Provide technical oversight on design, delivery quality, and risk across Snowflake programs.
Enable handoffs to delivery teams with clear scope and success measures.
Partner with sales and industry teams to support Snowflake pursuits with deep tech expertise.
Lead or support pre-sales activities including RFI/RFP responses and executive presentations.
Develop repeatable offerings and methodologies to scale Snowflake engagements.
