Job summary

T-Mobile is seeking a leadershiop-focused role to guide a team of solutions engineers serving business sales. You will provide technical expertise in wireless solutions, lead cross-functional collaboration, and drive adoption and growth across SMB and enterprise customers.

The role emphasizes coaching, strategic presentation of solutions, and alignment with sales leadership to achieve revenue outcomes. Travel is limited as per business needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus 5 years of related work experience or an advanced degree with 3 years of related work experience or combination deemed equivalent (Required)
• 5+ years of experience in telecommunications, solutions consulting, or engineering roles with a track record in solution sales and relationship management (Required)
• Experience leading or supporting wireless business sales teams and prior people leadership experience (Required)

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of solutions engineers to drive solution adoption and customer engagement across SMB and larger business segments
• Coach and guide engineers in customer meetings with strong technical consultation and ROI-focused presentations
• Assist team with in-building coverage requests and other wireless network needs for timely technical guidance
• Maintain and advance team expertise in wireless devices and network technologies to support sales strategies
• Partner with sales leadership and internal teams to align priorities and improve solution delivery
• Drive initiatives focused on solution adoption, profitability, and growth within business accounts
