Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus 5 years in telecommunications, solutions consulting, or engineering roles.
• 5+ years leading or supporting wireless business sales teams and prior people leadership experience.
• Experience managing internal and external relationships in a matrix environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of solutions engineers supporting business sales teams to drive solution adoption and customer engagement across SMB and broader business segments.
• Coach and guide solutions engineers in customer meetings, ensuring strong technical consultation, solution guidance, and ROI presentations.
• Assist team with in-building coverage requests and other wireless network needs to support customers.
• Maintain and advance team expertise in wireless devices, network technologies, and value-added solutions.
• Partner with sales leadership and internal teams to align priorities and improve solution delivery.
• Drive initiatives focused on solution adoption, profitability, and growth within business accounts.
