Job summary

The role requires 5+ years in telecom/solutions consulting, people leadership, and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent with strong communication skills. Travel is minimal.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus 5 years of related work experience or advanced degree with 3 years (Required).
• 5+ years in telecom, solutions consulting, or engineering with sales relationships (Required).
• Experience leading or supporting wireless business sales teams and prior people leadership (Required).

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of solutions engineers supporting business sales to drive adoption and engagement.
• Coach engineers in meetings, provide strong technical consultation and ROI presentations.
