T-Mobile USA, Inc. is seeking a leader to guide a team of solutions engineers delivering technical designs and compelling presentations for business customers.

You will drive adoption of wireless solutions across SMB and larger business segments, partnering with sales and cross-functional teams to ensure successful outcomes and growth. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in telecom or engineering, demonstrated leadership, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years in telecommunications, solutions consulting, or engineering.
• Experience leading or supporting wireless business sales teams and managing relationships in a matrix environment.
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.

Responsabilités

• Lead and develop a team of solutions engineers supporting business sales and customer engagement.
• Guide and coach engineers in customer meetings, opportunities, and presentations of features, benefits, and ROI.
• Support in-building coverage requests and wireless network needs to deliver timely technical guidance.
• Maintain and advance team expertise in wireless devices and network technologies to support sales strategies.
• Collaborate with sales, engineering, product development, marketing, and training to align priorities and improve solution delivery.
• Drive initiatives focused on solution adoption and profitability within business accounts.
