The role collaborates with sales, engineering, product, and marketing to drive adoption, provide strong technical guidance, and grow customer engagement across SMB and larger business segments. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in telecom or related engineering roles and proven leadership in a matrix environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus 5+ years in telecom, solutions consulting, or engineering.
• 5+ years leading or supporting wireless business sales teams and managing relationships in a matrix environment.
• Experience with cross-functional collaboration across sales, engineering, product, marketing and training.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of solutions engineers for business sales, driving solution adoption and customer engagement.
• Coach engineers in meetings, guiding technical consultations and ROI-focused presentations.
• Assist team with in-building coverage requests and wireless network needs for customers.
• Maintain and advance team expertise in wireless devices, networks and value-added solutions.
• Partner with sales leadership and internal teams to align priorities and improve solution delivery.
• Drive initiatives for adoption, profitability and growth within business accounts.
