You will develop teams, guide in-building coverage work, and ensure strong ROI demonstrations across SMB and enterprise segments. A senior professional with telecom and leadership experience is ideal.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in telecommunications, solutions consulting, or engineering roles with a track record in solution sales.
• Experience leading or supporting wireless business sales teams and managing relationships in a matrix environment.
• Strong leadership, communication, and technical presentation skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead and develop a team of solutions engineers supporting business sales teams.
• Coach engineers in customer meetings, guiding solution delivery and ROI presentations.
• Support in-building coverage requests and wireless network needs for customers.
• Maintain expertise in wireless devices, networks, and value-added solutions.
• Collaborate with sales, engineering, product, marketing, and training to align priorities.
• Drive initiatives for solution adoption, profitability, and growth in business accounts.
