Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years in telecom/engineering or advanced degree with 3+ years (equivalent allowed).
• Minimum 5 years in telecommunications, solutions consulting, or engineering with proven sales and relationship management.
• Experience leading or supporting wireless business sales teams and prior people leadership is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of solutions engineers supporting business sales to drive adoption and customer engagement across SMB and other segments.
• Coach engineers in customer meetings, ensuring strong technical consultation, solution guidance, and ROI presentations.
• Assist with in-building coverage requests and wireless network needs to deliver timely technical guidance.
