Job summary

T-Mobile USA, Inc. is seeking a results-driven leader to manage and mentor a team of solutions engineers supporting business sales. You will provide technical consultation, guide wireless solution design, and present ROI to customers while collaborating with sales, engineering, product, and marketing.

The role requires 5+ years in telecommunications or engineering, a Bachelor's degree, and proven leadership in SMB, ENT, or GOV segments. Travel is minimal.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher with relevant telecom experience.
• 5+ years in telecommunications, solutions consulting, or engineering.
• Experience leading or supporting wireless business sales teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of solutions engineers supporting business sales teams to drive solution adoption and customer engagement across the small business and broader business customer segments
• Coach and guide solutions engineers in customer meetings and opportunities, ensuring strong technical consultation, solution guidance, and presentation of solution features, benefits, and ROI
• Assist team with in-building coverage requests and other wireless network needs to support customers with timely technical guidance
• Maintain and advance team expertise in wireless devices, network technologies, and value-added solutions
• Partner with sales leadership and internal teams to align priorities and strengthen customer engagement
• Drive initiatives focused on solution adoption, profitability, and growth within business accounts
