Job summary

T-Mobile USA, Inc. is seeking a senior leader to head a team of solutions engineers focused on business sales.

You will guide technical consultations, wireless network analysis, and ROI-focused presentations to drive customer engagement and revenue growth. Responsibilities include mentoring the team, coordinating with engineering, product, marketing, and training, and ensuring timely technical guidance for wireless deployments across SMB and larger accounts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus 5 years of related work experience OR an advanced degree with 3 years of related work experience OR combination of education and experience deemed equivalent (Required)
• 5+ years of experience in telecommunications, solutions consulting, or engineering roles with a professional track record of successful solution sales and managing internal and external relationships in a matrix environment. (Required)
• Experience leading or supporting wireless business sales teams (SMB, ENT, or GOV) and prior people leadership experience (Required)

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a solutions engineering team supporting business sales to drive adoption and customer engagement.
• Coach team in meetings, ensuring strong technical consultation, solution guidance, and ROI presentations.
• Assist team with in-building coverage requests and wireless network needs for customer solutions.
• Maintain expertise in wireless devices, network technologies, and value-added solutions.
• Collaborate with sales leadership and internal teams to align priorities and improve solution delivery.
• Drive initiatives focused on adoption, profitability, and growth within business accounts.
