Workday is seeking a Senior Services Executive to drive strategic value in large enterprise deals, shaping deployment and advisory services. You will collaborate with global SI partners and customers to position Workday as a platform for transformation and data-driven decision making.

You will lead discovery sessions, manage executive relationships, and guide commercial terms from prospecting to close, aligning solutions with business outcomes and efficient deployments.

Qualificações

• Minimum 5 years of sales experience.
• Minimum 3 years of selling with a quota.
• Minimum 3 years of pipeline management experience.
• Experience identifying opportunities within accounts.
• Experience engaging executives and stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Position Workday's value beyond setup to business transformation and AI-driven efficiency.
• Be the SME on how Workday solutions solve business problems.
• Lead discovery sessions focused on outcomes, readiness, and goals.
• Build strong relationships with Large SI partners and align deployment plans.
• Negotiate and close professional services agreements and statements of work.
• Maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline data.
• Use presentation skills to build trust and strategic partnerships.
