Job summary

Workday is seeking an Engagement Associate to lead high-impact, multi-phase enterprise engagements and to drive long-term value realization for our customers. You will orchestrate cross-functional teams and engage with senior stakeholders to ensure alignment with strategic priorities and measurable business outcomes.

You will oversee end-to-end delivery, manage scope and budget, and identify opportunities to deepen partnerships while guiding adoption and impact across deployments.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of progressively responsible experience in Enterprise software implementation, management consulting, or customer success / professional services roles.
• Direct experience leading complex implementations in medium or large enterprises, with responsibility for scope, timeline, budget, stakeholder management, and outcomes.
• Fluency in English is mandatory; additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end customer engagements, accountable for successful implementation and ongoing value realization.
• Lead complex deployments for medium and large enterprise customers from discovery through go-live and post-launch optimization.
• Define and manage project scope, plan, timelines, risks, and dependencies across multiple work streams.
• Coordinate internal resources and external partners to deliver against project objectives.
• Engage with executive sponsors and key decision makers; facilitate steering committees and readouts.
• Define, track, and report on success metrics and KPIs for each engagement.
• Translate business requirements into solution designs and implementation plans with Solution Engineering and Product.
• Collaborate with Sales to scope new engagements and ensure smooth transitions from pre-sales to delivery.
