Job summary

Workday, Inc. is seeking a Senior Services Executive to drive enterprise services strategy with a focus on transformation and AI-driven efficiency. You will work with large enterprise accounts, QA with SIs, and shape deployment roadmaps to maximize business outcomes.

You will lead discovery sessions, negotiate complex agreements, and manage forecasts while traveling 25–50% across the US and international partners as needed. A strong sales track record is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of sales experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience carrying a sales quota.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience managing sales pipeline.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience identifying opportunities within customer accounts.
• Experience partnering with customer stakeholders to support sales cycles.

Responsibilities

• Drive Strategic Value: position deployment methodology to enable business transformation.
• Evangelize Innovation: serve as SME on Workday solutions and AI-driven efficiency.
• Consultative Discovery: run discovery sessions focused on outcomes and change readiness.
• Partner Alignment: build relationships with Global Systems Integrators for deployment strategy.
• Commercial Execution: lead, negotiate, and close Professional Services Agreements and SOWs.
• Forecasting: maintain accurate prospect, pipeline, and service forecast data.
• Relationship Building: foster long-term relationships with empathy and strategic vision.
