Job summary

Workday is seeking a Services Executive for the Medium Enterprise Services Sales team. You will lead professional services engagements, shape deployment plans, and drive subscription-based sales of Workday’s platform and services.

You will collaborate with account executives, leverage consulting delivery experience, and help customers achieve successful deployments while protecting profitability and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in business/consulting sales with ERP or similar systems.
• 3+ years selling Workday Financials and/or HCM solutions.
• Experience with SaaS architecture and deployment in enterprise contexts.

Responsibilities

• Lead, negotiate, and close Professional Services Agreements and SOWs.
• Position Workday services as part of subscription sales strategy.
• Develop deployment plans with timelines, resources, and costs.
• Coordinate with Workday partners and internal teams.
• Maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline data.
• Translate client needs into compelling service proposals.
