Job summary

Workday is seeking a Senior Services Executive to lead large enterprise services sales and strategic advisory engagements across the United States. You will coordinate with global systems integrators to align delivery and drive transformation powered by Workday platforms.

In this role, you will own the end-to-end sales cycle, develop trusted executive relationships, and craft proposals, statements of work, and service estimates with a focus on value-based outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of sales experience with a quota
• Experience selling professional services and advisory offerings
• Ability to forecast and manage a sales pipeline within large enterprise accounts

• Drive Strategic Value by positioning deployment and transformation
• Evangelize Innovation and differentiate Workday from competitors
• Conduct consultative discovery focused on outcomes and readiness
• Partner with Large SI to align deployment and commercial models

• Maintain accurate forecast data and pipeline hygiene
• Build long-term relationships with executive stakeholders
