Job summary

Workday, Inc. is seeking a Senior Services Executive for the Diversified Industries sector.

You will partner with large enterprise customers to drive strategic value, manage professional services engagements, and collaborate with our ecosystem of Global System Integrators to shape deployment strategies. You will lead discovery sessions focused on outcomes and change readiness, negotiate outcomes-based agreements, and maintain robust forecasts.

Qualifications

• Experience selling professional services, consulting, deployment, transformation, or advisory offerings.
• Experience supporting Large Enterprise customers, building trusted customer relationships and selling to executive stakeholders.
• Experience owning a territory or book of business, including identifying opportunities, forecasting, and growing footprint.
• Experience with Workday or other enterprise cloud applications, including HCM, ERP, Financials, Planning, AI/ML.

Responsibilities

• Drive strategic value by articulating Workday deployment methodology, focusing on business transformation, AI-driven efficiency, and data insights.
• Evangelize innovation by showing how Workday solutions solve unique business problems and differentiate from competitors.
• Conduct discovery sessions focused on outcomes, change readiness, and strategic goals beyond functional requirements.
• Partner alignment with Global Systems Integrators to ensure deployment strategy support and commercial alignment.
• Lead, negotiate, and close professional services agreements, statements of work, and other documentation with a value-based approach.
• Maintain accurate and timely forecast data including prospects and pipeline.
• Build long-term relationships with customers and partners based on empathy, trust, and strategic vision.
