The role requires navigating strategic advisory and implementation planning with large enterprise clients, partnering with Global Systems Integrators, and driving value-based outcomes through Workday solutions. You will influence discussions beyond technical setup, framing transformations that leverage AI, data insights, and an agile deployment mindset

Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales.
Minimum of 3 years of experience carrying a sales quota.
Minimum of 3 years of experience managing sales pipeline.
Minimum of 3 years of experience identifying business opportunities within customer accounts.
Minimum of 3 years of experience partnering with customer stakeholders to support sales cycles.

Responsibilities

Drive Strategic Value: position the value of Workday’s deployment methodology for business transformation, AI-driven efficiency, and data insights.
Evangelize Innovation: act as a subject matter expert on how Workday solutions solve unique business problems.
Consultative Discovery: conduct services discovery focused on outcomes, change readiness, and strategic goals.
Partner Alignment: cultivate relationships with Big SI partners and align on deployment strategy and commercial models.
Commercial Execution: lead, negotiate, and close Professional Services Agreements and statements of work.
Forecasting: maintain accurate prospect, pipeline, and service forecast data.
Relationship Building: use presentation and influencing skills to solve complex problems and foster long-term trust.
