Job summary

You will manage opportunities, negotiate SOWs, and maintain strong relationships with executives, while traveling 25–50% to support implementations and client engagements across the US.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience carrying a sales quota.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience managing sales pipeline.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience identifying business opportunities within customer accounts.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience partnering with customer stakeholders to support sales cycles.

Responsibilities

• Drive Strategic Value: position the value of Workday deployment methodology beyond technical setup to business transformation and data insights.
• Evangelize Innovation: act as the subject matter expert on Workday solutions addressing unique business problems.
• Consultative Discovery: conduct services discovery focused on outcomes, change readiness, and strategic goals.
• Partner Alignment: cultivate relationships with large SI partners for aligned deployment strategy and commercial models.
• Commercial Execution: lead, negotiate, and close SOWs and other documentation with a value-based focus.
• Forecasting: maintain accurate prospect, pipeline, and service forecast data.
• Relationship Building: use presentation and influencing skills to build long-term customer relationships.
