Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience carrying a sales quota.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience managing sales pipeline.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience identifying business opportunities within customer accounts.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience partnering with customer stakeholders to support sales cycles.
• Experience selling professional services, consulting, deployment, transformation, or advisory offerings.

• Drive Strategic Value: Position the value of Workday’s deployment methodology for business transformation, AI-driven efficiency, and data insights.
• Evangelize Innovation: Act as SME on Workday solutions to solve business problems and differentiate from competitors.
• Consultative Discovery: Conduct services discovery focused on outcomes, readiness, and goals.
• Partner Alignment: Build deep relationships with Global SI partners on deployment strategy and models.
• Commercial Execution: Lead, negotiate, and close Professional Services Agreements and Statements of Work.
• Forecasting: Maintain accurate pipeline and service forecast data.
• Relationship Building: Build long-term relationships with empathy, trust, and vision.
