Job summary

Workday, Inc. is seeking a Senior Services Executive for Diversified Industries to lead professional services sales with a strategic advisory focus.

You will coordinate with Global Systems Integrators to drive business transformation using Workday solutions and ensure successful deployment in large enterprise accounts. You will manage regional opportunities, negotiate agreements, and forecast pipeline while traveling 25–50% to engage with customers and partners.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience carrying a sales quota.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience managing sales pipeline.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience identifying business opportunities within customer accounts.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience partnering with customer stakeholders to support sales cycles.
• Experience selling professional services, consulting, deployment, transformation, or advisory offerings.
• Experience supporting Large Enterprise customers, building trusted relationships across complex accounts.
• Experience owning a territory or book of business, including identifying opportunities and forecasting.
• Experience creating or supporting customer proposals, statements of work, service estimates, or account plans.
• Experience with Workday or other enterprise cloud applications, including HCM, ERP, Financials, SaaS.
• Experience working with Global System Integrators such as Deloitte, Accenture, PwC, KPMG.

• Evangelize Innovation: act as SME on solving unique business problems with Workday solutions.
• Consultative Discovery: run discovery sessions focused on outcomes, readiness, and strategic goals.
• Partner Alignment: build relationships with Big SI partners on deployment strategy and commercial models.
• Commercial Execution: lead, negotiate, and close Professional Services Agreements and Statements of Work.
• Forecasting: maintain accurate prospect, pipeline, and service forecast data.
• Relationship Building: use presentation and influencing skills to solve problems and foster long-term trust.
