Job summary

Workday, Inc. is seeking a Senior Services Executive to drive strategic services for the Diversified Industries segment.

You will partner with large enterprise customers and Global Systems Integrators to shape deployment, transformation, and advisory engagements across HCM, ERP, and financial solutions. This remote, full-time role requires 25–50% travel within the United States; you’ll lead commercial negotiations, manage pipelines, and build trusted executive relationships with stakeholders

Qualifications

5+ years of sales experience including quota carrying roles.
Experience managing sales pipeline and forecasting.
Experience identifying business opportunities within complex accounts.
Experience partnering with customer stakeholders (C-level) to support sales cycles.

Responsibilities

Position the value of Workday deployment methodology beyond technical setup.
Act as subject matter expert on Workday solutions and AI-driven value.
Conduct services discovery focused on outcomes, readiness and goals.
Cultivate relationships with large SI partners for aligned deployment strategy.
Lead, negotiate, and close professional services agreements and SOWs.
Maintain accurate pipeline and service forecast data.
Build long-term trusted relationships with stakeholders through effective communication.
