Job summary

Workday, Inc. is seeking a Senior Services Executive to lead strategic services engagements across Diversified Industries from Chicago with up to 50% travel. You will drive business outcomes, partner with major SI firms, and close complex professional services deals.

The role requires deep experience selling professional services, strong relationships with enterprise accounts, and the ability to forecast pipelines while guiding customers through transformation using Workday solutions.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience carrying a sales quota.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience managing sales pipeline.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience identifying business opportunities within customer accounts.
• Experience owning a territory or book of business, including forecasting sales opportunities.
• Experience working with Global Systems Integrators, such as Deloitte, Accenture, PwC, KPMG.
• Experience with Workday or other enterprise cloud applications.

Responsibilities

• Drive strategic value by positioning Workday deployment as business transformation.
• Evangelize innovation and act as SME on Workday solutions.
• Conduct discovery sessions focused on outcomes and change readiness.
• Partner with Global Systems Integrators to align deployment strategies.
• Lead and close Professional Services Agreements and Statements of Work.
• Maintain accurate prospect, pipeline, and service forecast data.
• Build long-term relationships based on trust and strategic vision.
