Qualifications

• 3+ years with sales quotas.
• 3+ years managing sales pipeline.
• 3+ years identifying opportunities in accounts.
• 3+ years partnering with stakeholders to support sales cycles.
• Experience selling professional services and advisory offerings.
• Experience with enterprise customers and C-level stakeholders.
• Experience owning a territory and forecasting opportunities; use Salesforce/Clari.
• Experience with Workday or cloud applications (HCM, ERP, AI).
• Experience with Global Systems Integrators (Deloitte, Accenture, PwC, KPMG).

Responsibilities

• Position the value of Workday deployment methodology beyond technical setup.
• Be the subject matter expert on Workday solutions for business problems.
• Conduct discovery sessions focused on outcomes and readiness.
• Cultivate relationships with large SI partners for aligned deployment strategies.
• Lead and negotiate Professional Services Agreements and SOWs.
• Maintain accurate prospect, pipeline, and service forecast data.
• Build long-term relationships with empathy and strategic vision.
