Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience carrying a sales quota.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience managing sales pipeline.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience identifying business opportunities within customer accounts.
• Experience partnering with customer stakeholders to support sales cycles.

Responsibilities

• Drive Strategic Value: Position the value of Workday deployment methodology beyond technical setup to business transformation and data insights.
• Evangelize Innovation: Act as SME on how Workday solutions solve business problems.
• Consultative Discovery: Conduct discovery sessions focused on outcomes and goals.
• Partner Alignment: Build relationships with Big SI partners to align on deployment strategy and commercial models.
• Commercial Execution: Lead, negotiate, and close professional services agreements and statements of work.
• Forecasting: Maintain accurate pipeline and service forecast data.
