Job summary

EY is seeking a ServiceNow Senior Consultant to lead Transformation teams in ITOM/CMDB, delivering client solutions across UI and integrations. This client-facing role offers opportunities to grow consulting and leadership skills and to build relationships with prestigious clients.

You will identify requirements, design user interfaces, and develop software components that meet business needs. Regular travel to meet clients is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Engineering or related discipline.
• Typically, no less than 2–4 years ServiceNow ITOM/CMDB project experience.
• ServiceNow CSA or CAD certification.
• Minimum of 2 of the following ServiceNow certifications: Data Foundations, Discovery, Event Management, Service Mapping.
• 3+ years of Big 4 or equivalent consulting experience.
• Excellent communication, adaptability, problem solving, teamwork, and organization.
• Experience leading teams and supervising others.
• Driver's license valid in the U.S.
• Ability to travel to meet client needs.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze requirements.
• Design and develop UI across mobile, web, and tablets.
• Act as workstream lead across ServiceNow ITOM/CMDB delivery (design, config, testing, deployment).
• Mentor a multi-disciplinary team of 3–5 resources including offshore staff.
• Provide guidance on best practices for ITOM/CMDB implementations and roadmaps.
• Lead client workshops and manage sessions; support planning, risk, and delivery governance.
