EY is seeking a ServiceNow Senior Consultant to lead ITOM/CMDB transformation projects across multiple client engagements. You’ll supervise a cross‑functional team, drive requirements, and deliver UI-focused solutions across mobile, web, and tablet platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Engineering or similar.
• Typically 2–4 years relevant ServiceNow ITOM/CMDB project experience.
• ServiceNow CSA or CAD certification.
• 3+ years of Big 4 or equivalent consulting experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead ServiceNow ITOM/CMDB projects and service delivery from design to deployment.
• Mentor a multi-disciplinary team of 3–5 resources including offshore resources.
• Provide guidance for ITOM/CMDB processes and transformation initiatives.
• Lead client workshops and requirements sessions; coordinate waterfall and agile delivery.
