Job summary

EY seeks a ServiceNow Senior Consultant to lead transformation teams in ITOM/CMDB. You will drive delivery, build client relationships, and advance our digital transformation journey across industries.

You’ll gather user requirements, design intuitive UI across mobile, web, and tablets, and develop components that align with business goals. Travel to client sites is regularly required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IS/Engineering or similar.
• 2–4 years ServiceNow ITOM/CMDB project experience.
• ServiceNow CSA or CAD certification.
• Minimum of 2 of the listed ServiceNow certifications.
• 3+ years of Big 4 or equivalent consulting experience.
• Excellent soft skills and experience leading teams.
• Driver’s license valid in the U.S.
• Ability to travel to meet client needs.
