Job summary

EY is seeking a ServiceNow Senior Consultant to lead transformation teams in ITOM/CMDB projects and to build strong client relationships. You will guide multi-disciplinary teams, define user requirements, and deliver UI-focused components that meet business needs across mobile, web, and tablet platforms.

You’ll lead design sessions, drive delivery in both waterfall and agile contexts, and travel to engage with clients as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Engineering or similar discipline.
• Typically, 2–4 years relevant ServiceNow ITOM/CMDB project experience.
• ServiceNow CSA or CAD certification.
• 3+ years of Big 4 or equivalent consulting experience.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze requirements and ensure final product meets needs.
• Design and develop user interfaces that are functional and high-quality.
• Write clean, maintainable code and create specifications supporting business objectives.
