Job summary

EY is seeking a ServiceNow Senior Consultant to lead ITOM/CMDB transformation for client engagements. You will drive multi-disciplinary teams, manage requirements, and deliver scalable solutions across UI/mobile/web platforms.

The role emphasizes strong leadership, client interaction, and hands-on delivery in a fast-paced environment. You'll collaborate with prestigious clients, grow consulting and team leadership capabilities, and travel as needed to meet project demands.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 2–4 years ServiceNow ITOM/CMDB project experience.
• ServiceNow CSA or CAD certification.
• 3+ years of Big 4 or equivalent consulting experience.
• Excellent communication, adaptability, and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Lead ServiceNow ITOM/CMDB delivery including design, configuration, development, testing, and deployment.
• Mentor a multi-disciplinary team of 3–5 resources (including offshore).
• Provide guidance for ITOM/CMDB implementations and strategic roadmaps.
• Lead client design sessions and requirements workshops.
• Support waterfall and agile delivery activities and produce high-quality artifacts.
