Job summary

EY is seeking a ServiceNow Senior Consultant to lead transformation efforts and drive ITOM/CMDB initiatives for clients. This client‑facing role focuses on defining requirements, delivering robust interfaces, and guiding teams through design, development, and deployment to achieve business outcomes.

You will grow your consulting and leadership skills, build client relationships, and contribute to multi‑disciplinary projects across sectors while traveling as needed to serve clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Engineering or similar.
• Typically, 2–4 years of ServiceNow ITOM/CMDB project experience.
• ServiceNow CSA or CAD certification.
• 2+ of the listed ServiceNow certifications (Data Foundations, Discovery, Event Management, Service Mapping).
• 3+ years of Big 4 or equivalent consulting experience.
• Excellent communication, adaptability, problem solving, teamwork and organization.
• Experience leading teams and supervising others.
• A valid U.S. driver's license and ability to travel.

Responsibilities

• Act as a workstream lead across all aspects of a ServiceNow ITOM/CMDB project and solution delivery, including design, configuration/development, testing and deployment phases.
• Ability to manage and mentor a multi‑disciplinary team of 3-5 resources including offshore resources (consultants, developers, testers).
• Provide guidance and industry leading practice expertise for ITOM/CMDB process implementations, including how business objectives can be met through transformation.
• Lead client process and design sessions and facilitate requirements workshops with functional and/or business process area resources.
• Experience with waterfall and agile delivery models, including planning, status reporting, budgets and risk management.
• Create high quality deliverables and project artifacts.
