EY is seeking a ServiceNow Senior Consultant to lead transformation projects and build client relationships across a growing practice. You will shape UI-driven solutions and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver high-quality code and services that meet business needs.

The role offers opportunities to develop leadership skills, work across borders, and influence technology strategy while traveling to client sites as required.

Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Engineering or similar discipline.
• Typically, no less than 2–4 years relevant ServiceNow ITOM/CMDB project experience.
• ServiceNow Certified Systems Administrator (CSA) or Certified Application Developer (CAD).
• 3+ years of Big 4 or equivalent consulting experience.
• Excellent soft skills – communication, adaptability, problem solving, teamwork and organization.
• Experience leading teams and supervising others.
• A driver's license valid in the U.S. and ability to travel.
• Ability to travel to meet client needs.

Responsibilities

• Act as a workstream lead across all aspects of a ServiceNow ITOM/CMDB project and solution delivery.
• Mentor a multi‑disciplinary team of 3-5 resources including offshore resources.
• Provide guidance for ServiceNow ITOM/CMDB implementations and roadmap planning.
