Job summary

EY is seeking a ServiceNow Senior Consultant to lead transformation teams in ITOM/CMDB projects. You will gather requirements, design UI interfaces across mobile, web, and tablets, and deliver components that align with business goals.

Travel to client sites is part of the role, enabling direct stakeholder engagement. You will mentor a multi‑disciplinary team, drive best practices, and shape strategic roadmaps while delivering high‑quality artifacts in both waterfall and agile environments.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Engineering or similar discipline.
Typically, no less than 2–4 years relevant ServiceNow ITOM/CMDB project experience.
ServiceNow Certified Systems Administrator (CSA) or Certified Application Developer (CAD).
Minimum of 2 of the following ServiceNow certifications: CSA Data Foundations, Discovery, Event Management, Service Mapping.
3+ years of Big 4 or equivalent consulting experience.
Excellent soft skills – communication, adaptability, problem solving, teamwork, relationship building, dependability, and organization.
Experience leading teams and supervising others.
A driver’s license valid in the U.S.
Ability to travel to meet client needs.

Responsibilities

Collaborating with clients to gather and analyze requirements, ensuring that the final product meets their needs.
Designing and developing user interfaces that are functional and enhance user experience.
Writing clean, maintainable code and creating specifications that support business objectives.
Regular travel may be required to meet with clients, providing opportunities to engage with stakeholders.
