EY is seeking a Senior ServiceNow ITOM/CMDB Consultant to lead transformation programs for diverse clients across the US. You will drive delivery, guide cross-functional teams, and build strong client relationships while shaping modern ITOM/CMDB solutions across UI, data, and integrations.

In this client-facing role, you’ll mentor a multi-disciplinary team, manage stakeholders, and contribute to strategic roadmaps with industry-leading practices. Travel may be required to meet client needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required.
• Experience with ServiceNow ITOM/CMDB is preferred.
• Strong leadership and client-facing skills beneficial.

Responsabilités

• Lead ServiceNow ITOM/CMDB transformation engagements.
• Mentor a multi-disciplinary team including offshore resources.
• Engage with clients to gather requirements and define solutions.
• Deliver high-quality artifacts and ensure successful project delivery.
